fr im 2 sensitive bc my sis keeps telling me im annoying and then i think im annoying other ppl cause i talk to fast but it’s bc anxiety and i can’t control it

I over think and u don’t know how many times I’ve been on call with someone and just stop smiling bc it got to hard to hide what I was thinking. But ofc can’t tell them bc it’s abt them and they would think I’m crazy…

Fr when someone’s says “shut up” or “you’re annoyed stfu” I’m always like “Ah.. ok” and then I’m silent for the rest of the day and people still ask “hey are you ok?”
