01. PROBLEM STATEMENT
A study to evaluate the effectiveness of stractured teaching program on
knowledge and practice regarding distraction techniques used for pain
management in children during vaccination among nursing officer working
at selected immunization centre in selected hospital Kalaburgi.
OBJECTIVES
1. To Assess the level of knowledge regarding distraction techniques
on pain in children during immunization among nursing officers.
2. To Prepare a structured teaching program on methods of distraction
of pain during immunization.
3. To Evaluate the effectiveness of structured teaching programme on
Knowledge regarding distraction techniques on pain among nursing
officers.
4. To Determine the association between knowledge of nursing officers
with selected socio demographic variables.
02. PROBLEM STATEMENT
A study to evaluate the effectiveness of structured teaching program on
knowledge regarding effectiveness of kangaroo mother care on
physiological parameters of low birth weight infant’s among post natal
mothers in selected hospital at kalaburagi.
OBJECTIVES
1. To Assess the level of knowledge of post natal mother’s regarding care
of low birth weight babies and kangaroo mother care.
2. To prepare structured teaching program on Effectiveness of kangaroo
mother care on physiological parameters of low birth weight babies.
3. To evaluate the effectiveness of structured teaching program on
Effectiveness of kangaroo mother care.
4. Determine the association between the knowledge of post natal mother’s
with selected socio demographic variables.

year Gnm nursing students in selected school of nursing at kalaburagi.

techniques.
2. To prepare structured teaching program on prevalence of dental caries.

05 PROBLEM STATEMENT
• A study to evaluate the effectiveness of structured teaching program on
knowledge regarding the effect of social media use on psychosocial
development among children age group of six to fifteen years at selected
school in kalaburagi.
OBJECTIVES
1. To Assess the knowledge about excess social media use.
2. To prepare a structured teaching program on effect of social media use
on psychosocial development.
3. To evaluate the effectiveness of structured teaching program on social
media use on psychosocial development.
4. To determine association between knowledge of excess social media use
on psychosocial development with socio demographic variables.
