INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

 70W NTL UPS is wall mounted UPS.

To install the unit on wall follow instructions below:

a) Mark a suitable place on wall free from direct
sunlight, heater, water seepage, dust etc.
b) Place the dye on the wall. Please ensure that dye is placed
horizontal properly.
c) Mark the holes on wall using lead pencil.

b) Place the dye on the wall. Please ensure that
dye is placed horizontal properly.
c) Mark the holes on wall using lead pencil.
d) Remove dye and drill holes at marked places.
e) Hammer rawal plugs in each hole.
f) Tighten one wooden screw at top hole till its head remains
off about 0.25 inches from surface of wall.
g) Open the lid of UPS.

holes to that in wall.
i) Tight the wooden screws in bottom holes of device firmly.
j) Please check that device is fixed properly and not loose on
wall.

e) Hammer Rawal plugs in each hole.
f) Tighten one wooden screw at top hole till its head

1. Plug the mains 220V AC cord to the unit and connect it to

electrical outlet having proper earth.
2. Observe the output voltage at both terminals
with a multi-meter. It should 12.5V
3. Switch off the mains supply and observe for availability of output. It
should range from 12V to 13.4V and BO LED should glow.
4. If device is not providing DC output then open the UPS Front
cover.
5. Check that all terminals are connected properly and power the
device. In case of any problem, replace the unit and submit faulty
unit to Electronic Repair Department.

Connect the output cables to the load (ONT or router)
and please ensure that pin is well settle in DC
receptacle. Route the cables properly.

possible. No heat source or wet source should
be closer to the unit.

TOTAL LOAD TO UNIT SHOULD NOT EXCEED MORE THAN 3 AMP IN
ANY CONDITIONS. EXCESSIVE LOAD WILL DAMAGE THE UNIT.
