CSV Creation
Step-1 Create a MC_RNC_Rehoming_without_Change Temp folder of C drive. Fill the rebalance sheet according rehoming requirement. Open latest SIRAN dump Extract A_WBTS and A_WCEL Open A_WBTS and insert a column in A_WBTS sheet after DU column, insert column is DV. Search rehoming sites in A_WBTS and put 1 in column of DV against rehoming sites. After that just filter 1 in column DV and copy in another sheet and delete DV column and save as required_WBTS. Concatenate RNC ID & WBTS ID in column c of required WBTS sheet and save. Open A_WCEL sheet and concatenate RNC ID & WBTS ID in column D. Take vlookup in column E of a_wcel from column D as a source and reference from C column of required_WBTS. After vlookup in column E filter in sheet and select non NA Column E Non NA selected sheet paste in excel and save as required_WCEL Column D & E need to blank in required wcel and save .
Step 2Unzip Queries dump Open SIRAN dump (3G Dump) and enable then click on External data after that click on Import ACCESS database and browse Unzip Queries dump and click on OK. Automatic open Import Object select required wcel in table and select all in queries then OK. Search required_wcel in table and double click ,delete all value after deletion one pop up come then select option yes. Paste required Wcel all value from prepared required wcel xcel to dump required wcel Verify the no of rows from required_wcel sheet and open pop up on SIRAN screen After paste value in required wcel of SIRAN dump close the sheet Step 3Go to database tools (in already open SIRAN DUMP) and click on Visual Basic and a window is open now Right click on admin and select option Import file (CHOOSE BAS FILE) and click on open. After import BAS FILE SELECT Run option automatic MACRO open then select exportsingle and RUN. After Run MACRO output has been export in MC_RNC_Rehoming_without_Change Temp folder of C drive

Copy all output from MC_RNC_Rehoming_without_Change Temp folder of C drive to in rehoming folder. ADJI (Incoming and Outgoing) CSV creation Make a CSV folder in rehoming folder Concatenate RNCID,WBTS ID & CI in column D & Concatenate RNCID & CI in column E of required Wcel. Open ADJI_Total sheet & remove all blank rows and removes all data froms column TargetCellDN , name , status , last_modified , last_actual_importand column, and save. concatenate RNC,WBTS and WCEL in E column of ADJI Total sheet . Take vlookup from required_wcel (D Column) in F colum of ADJI_Total sheet. Put filter in ADJI_Total sheet and select NON #N/A and copy & paste in another sheet save as outgoing [Link] Open OUTGOING [Link] & change source RNC (Column A) as a rehome plan RNC & insert 2 blank column (I & J)After H column in this outgoing [Link] sheet and concatenate RNC ID & CELL ID in column I. take vlookup from Required Wcel(Column E) in J column of outgoing [Link] & select NON #N/A and change RNC ID,LAC ID & RAC ID of target cell in outgoing Adji Sheet now remove the filter and delete the inserted Column I & J in this sheet also blank the column E & F now save this sheet as A OUTGOING [Link] in CSV Folder ..

Goto ADJI_Total sheet and select #N/A in column F now copy & paste in another sheet save as Incoming [Link] No change in source cells of Incoming [Link] Change RNC ID,LAC ID,RAC ID in target cells of Incoming [Link] Delete 2 column (I & J) and blank all data from column E & F in Incoming [Link] sheet Now filter the source RNC & save according RNC old & new OSS Now save Incoming [Link] OLD OSS & Incoming [Link] NEW OSS sheet depends on source RNC in CSV folder ADJS (Incoming and Outgoing) CSV creation All process are same for CSV creation of ADJS like ADJS (Incoming and Outgoing) CSV creation Save created CSV Outgoing [Link] & Incoming ADJS OLD OR NEW [Link] in CSV folder.
ADJG CSV creation Open ADJG_required sheet and change source RNC ID as a rehome RNC and blank TargetCellDN , name , status , last_modified , last_actual_import columns and save as ADJG_required.csv in CSV folder
ADJW CSV creation
Open ADJW_required sheet and change Target Cells (RNC ID & LAC ID) as a rehome RNC &blank TargetCellDN , name , status , last_modified , last_actual_import columns and save as ADJW_required.csv in CSV folder
WBTS CSV creation Open Wbts_Required.xls sheet & remove duplicates and save as Wbts_Required.csv in CSV folder.
Wcel CSV creation Open Require_wcel.xls sheet & blank the column D & E ,change RNC ID ,LACID,RAC ID as plan rehoming Then Save as Require_wcel.csv in CSV folder. Open wcel_ac_required.xls sheet & change RNC ID & save as wcel_ac_required.csv in CSV Folder Open wcel_hc_required.xls sheet & change RNC ID & save as wcel_hc_required.csv in CSV Folder Open wcel_lc_required.xls sheet & change RNC ID & save as wcel_lc_required.csv in CSV Folder Open wcel_pc_required.xls sheet & change RNC ID & save as wcel_pc_required.csv in CSV Folder Open wcel_ps_required.xls sheet & change RNC ID & save as wcel_ps_required.csv in CSV Folder Open wcel_sib_required.xls sheet & change RNC ID & save as wcel_sib_required.csv in CSV Folder Open wcel_uraid_required.xls sheet & change RNC ID & save as wcel_uraid_required.csv in CSV Folder Total Wcel CSV are Require_wcel.csv, wcel_ac_required.csv, wcel_hc_required.csv, wcel_lc_required.csv, wcel_pc_required.csv, wcel_ps_required.csv, wcel_sib_required.csv, wcel_uraid_required.csv

XMLs Creation
1. Change MNC 1 to 01 in all nbrs csv of CSV Folder ADJG XML Creation Open Net Act Plan Editor [Link] Open Database and choose Empty_SiRAN_Rehoming_MC_TO_MC_3GRehoming. [Link] to Export & click on Export Plan 3. Click on new plan in export plan [Link] Plan name ADJG and Export profile choose as rehoming MCRNC then click on create 5. Go to Import click on Import plan [Link] profile MC ADJG and Input File is a_ADJG.csv [Link] Data selection tick on compare to actual data for importing changes [Link] NMS ID is <not relevant> [Link] on Import then click on View Buffer [Link] on Clear after import & Click on Accept import [Link] on move to export buffer [Link] on view export buffer [Link] on clear after export [Link] Output File (File Name is ADJG,Save as type is XML Plan(*.xml).
For remaining XMLS like ADJS INCOMING,ADJS OUTGOING,ADJW,ADJI INCOMMING,ADJI OUTGOING all process are. same like ADJG WCEL XML CREATION

For WCEL Click on new plan in export plan Choose Plan name WCEL and Export profile choose as Empty_SiRAN_Rehoming_MC_TO_MC_3GRehoming then click on create Go to Import click on Import plan A .Choose profile MC _Wcel and Input File is a_Wcel.csv For Data selection tick on compare to actual data for importing changes Select NMS ID is <not relevant> Click on Import B Choose profile MC_WCEL_AC and Input File is a_WCEL_AC.csv Click on Import C. Choose profile MC_WCEL_HC and Input File is a_WCEL_HC.csv Click on Import D. Choose profile MC_WCEL_LC and Input File is a_WCEL_LC.csv Click on Import E. Choose profile MC_WCEL_PC and Input File is a_WCEL_PC.csv Click on Import F. Choose profile MC_WCEL_PS and Input File is a_WCEL_PS.csv Click on Import G. CSV required.. 1. All Incoming nbrs relation like Incoming ADJS & Incoming ADJI for OLD & New OSS as per obtain nbrs relation. 2. ADJW Open Net Act Plan Editor [Link] Open Database and choose Empty_SiRAN_Rehoming_MC_TO_MC_3GRehoming. [Link] to Export & click on Export Plan 3. Click on new plan in export plan [Link] Plan name Incomming ADJI and Export profile choose as rehoming MCRNC then click on create
5. Go to Import click on Import plan [Link] profile MC ADJI and Input File is Incoming_ADJI.csv(for OLD & New OSS) [Link] Data selection tick on compare to actual data for importing changes [Link] NMS ID is <not relevant> [Link] on Import then click on View Buffer [Link] on Clear after import & Click on Accept import [Link] on move to Actauls [Link] to Query CLICK ON then select ADJI THEN CLOSE THE WINDOW of query & Mass modification [Link] on move to export buffer [Link] on view export buffer [Link] on clear after export [Link] Output File (File Name is Incoming_ADJI,Save as type is XML Plan(*.xml). But dont use this XML for deletion XML 15. Click on new plan in export plan [Link] Plan name Incoming ADJI_Deletion and Export profile choose as rehoming MCRNC then click on create.
17. Go to Query CLICK ON automatic WINDOW of query & Mass modification window open the go to select object class as a ADJI & below select all sheet THEN Press delete button there is one pop up window is open like below showing then click on yes after yes click on Query then close this query & Mass modification window
