AGREEMENT ON CHILD SUPPORT, CUSTODY, VISITATION, AND PARENTING TIME

JOINTLY AND FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE CALLED 'THE
"PARTIES", WHO AGREE TO CELEBRATE THE PRESENT
AGREEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING DECLARATIONS AND CLAUSES:

DECLARATIONS:

I. Declares 'THE MOTHER':

a) Be of legal age and be fully capable for the celebration of the


present agreement.

III. The PARTIES declare that:

c) They celebrate this agreement voluntarily, freely, and responsibly, without

FIRST.- OBJECT: The purpose of this agreement is to agree on the amount of the pension of

and cohabitation, "THE PARTIES" agree that "THE FATHER" may take "THE MINOR" out of
the home of his "MOTHER" one weekend every two weeks, counted from the
signing of this agreement, to be collected between ten and twelve o'clock in the
address of the 'MOTHER', who must be present during the visit.

They also agree that both parents may take the minor on vacation, even to
foreigner, as long as there is a written authorization signed by both parties.

FOURTH.- FOOD FOR 'THE MINOR': In accordance with the legislation of the

due to their current or future residences or for any other reason that may arise
to correspond to them.

Having read this agreement and being aware of 'THE PARTIES' of its content and legal scope, it
signed on four useful sheets printed on one side only, in the City of Puebla,
