"PARTIES", WHO AGREE TO CELEBRATE THE PRESENT
AGREEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING DECLARATIONS AND CLAUSES:
DECLARATIONS:
I. Declares 'THE MOTHER':
a) Be of legal age and be fully capable for the celebration of the
present agreement.

III. The PARTIES declare that:
a) They mutually and reciprocally recognize the personality with which they appear to
the celebration of this agreement, for all legal and contractual effects to which

c) They celebrate this agreement voluntarily, freely, and responsibly, without

FIRST.- OBJECT: The purpose of this agreement is to agree on the amount of the pension of

signing of this agreement, to be collected between ten and twelve o'clock in the
address of the 'MOTHER', who must be present during the visit.

FOURTH.- FOOD FOR 'THE MINOR': In accordance with the legislation of the

FIFTH.- FOOD GUARANTEE: "THE FATHER" states that not having

salary, which may be garnished in case of failure to comply with the obligation

SIXTH.- INCREASE OF ALIMENTS: "THE PARTIES" agree that the

SEVENTH.- SUBTRACTION "OF THE MINOR": "THE PARTIES" communicate with each other

Judicial City Century XXI with a well-known address, waiving any jurisdiction that
due to their current or future residences or for any other reason that may arise
to correspond to them.
Having read this agreement and being aware of 'THE PARTIES' of its content and legal scope, it
signed on four useful sheets printed on one side only, in the City of Puebla,
Pue., January fifth, two thousand seventeen.
