Advantages include enhanced visual communication, the ability to integrate multimedia for engaging presentations, improved information structure, real-time collaboration opportunities, and the facilitation of remote presentations and meetings.

.ac.ke indicates the email belongs to an academic institution (ac for academic) based in Kenya (ke for Kenya). This structure helps identify the nature and location of the organization.

Relative cell referencing adjusts the cell reference when a formula is copied to another cell (e.g., A1 changes to B1 if moved one column to the right). Absolute cell referencing keeps the cell reference constant regardless of where the formula is copied (e.g., $A$1 remains $A$1). Mixed cell referencing combines relative and absolute referencing, anchoring either the row or column (e.g., $A1 keeps column A constant but allows the row number to change)

Cc (carbon copy) is used to send a copy of an email to additional recipients visibly, while Bcc (blind carbon copy) allows sending a copy to recipients without revealing them to other recipients. This feature is crucial for privacy and hierarchical communication management.

The internet provides businesses with increased accessibility to global markets, enhanced communication with customers and partners, access to a wide range of business tools and platforms, efficient marketing and advertising opportunities, and improved operational efficiency through various online services.

A workbook is an entire file containing multiple sheets, including spreadsheets, charts, and other data. A spreadsheet is a single sheet within that workbook, typically used for calculations and data analysis.

Three essential netiquette rules are: 1) Limit the size of attachments to avoid server issues; 2) Always provide a short description of the attachment; and 3) Ensure files are virus-free before sending. These practices help maintain professional communication and prevent technical issues.

Integrating computer applications can enhance efficiency, reduce human error, improve data storage and retrieval, facilitate better decision making, and enable real-time access to data across different departments. Additionally, it can lead to more seamless communication internally and externally.

A #NAME? error typically indicates a misspelled function name or a reference to a named range that doesn't exist. To correct this, ensure all function names and references are correctly spelled and verified.
