Script for First Aid Training Program

Opening Part
Good morning, everyone! May I request everyone to settle down as we are about to begin
our First Aid Training program.

To start our activity, let us all stand for the Opening Prayer.

(Prayer leader/assigned person leads the prayer.)

Thank you. Please remain standing for the singing of the Philippine National Anthem,
followed by the CSN Hymn.

(Cue audio for National Anthem and CSN Hymn.)

Thank you. You may now be seated.

Opening Remarks
To formally open our training, let us hear the Opening Remarks from [Name/Designation,
e.g., our beloved Principal, Mr./Ms. ____]. Let’s give him/her a warm round of applause.

(Speaker delivers remarks.)

Thank you, Sir/Ma’am, for your inspiring message.

Training Proper
And now, we proceed to the heart of today’s activity — the First Aid Training Proper. We
are privileged to be joined by our knowledgeable and dedicated resource speakers who will
guide us through essential first aid knowledge and skills.

Let us all give them our full attention as they begin.

(Resource speakers conduct training.)

Group Hands-on Practice

Now that we have learned important first aid principles, it’s time to put these into practice.
We will proceed with the Group Hands-on Practice, where each participant will have the
chance to apply what has been taught.

Our speakers and facilitators will guide and assist you during the activity.

(Hands-on practice activity happens.)

Open Forum
At this point, we will open the floor for clarifications, questions, or sharing of experiences.
This is our Open Forum, so please don’t hesitate to participate. You may raise your hand if
you wish to ask or share something.

(Open Forum proceeds.)

Closing Remarks
Thank you for the meaningful exchange. To formally close our training, may we call on
[Name/Designation] for the Closing Remarks.

(Closing remarks are delivered.)

Awarding of Certificates
As a token of appreciation, we will now proceed to the Awarding of Certificates to our
resource speakers for sharing their time and expertise in today’s training. May we request
[Name/Designation] to join us in presenting the certificates.

(Certificates awarded; short applause after each.)

Photo Opportunity
Before we end, may we request everyone to come forward for a Photo Opportunity together
with our resource speakers, faculty, and participants. Let’s capture this wonderful event.

(Photo session takes place.)

Closing Prayer
To officially end our training, let us all bow our heads for the Closing Prayer.

(Prayer leader/assigned person leads prayer.)

Once again, thank you for your active participation in today’s First Aid Training. May we all
continue to be responsible and ready to respond in times of emergency. Have a great day
ahead!
