Cost of site development works is RS 1280739.00 in the cost
Estimate submitted vide letter no. GKBPL/KABY/SITE/294, dated
1 17.05.2025 where as cost of vide development work given in cost
estimate submitted with letter no. GKBPL/KABY/SITE/455, dated
23.09.2025 is 14,99,343.00 please jutty the change cost.
Similarly cost of externed sanitary and change disposal is taken Rs.
579,294 in letter GKBPL/KABY/SITE/294, dated 17.05.2025 where as
2 estimate cost of same work is taken as Rs. 7,02,633.8 in the
estimate submitted with letter 455 dated 23.09.2025. Please justify
the change in estimate cost.
In the abstract of cost in remark reference as for item rate as given
form CPW DSOR where as the sheet attached for item rate for

covered structure depicts that the rates are on the basis of UPPWD-
Plinth area rates Justi fiction required item rates are from which SOR.
In rate analysis for providing at the laying of inter locking Block. Ref.
of UPPWD SOR Aligarh, 2025 is referenced as per the structure is
