OBJECTIVE OF INTERNSHIP

INTRODUCTION
Power BI is a powerful tool for data visualization and business intelligence,

TECHNOLOGY/TOOLS USED IN INTERNSHIP
The Power BI Developer Tools is a suite of resources designed to help developers
and business intelligence teams create, manage, and deploy customized data
analytics solutions. These tools allow you to securely connect to data sources,
develop custom visuals, and automate reporting processes to deliver insights rapidly
and reliably. Power BI REST API’s and embedded capabilities enable integration
into applications, providing end-to-end data workflows. With Power BI Pipelines,
you can orchestrate deployments across environments, ensuring version control and
consistency. These tools integrate seamlessly with other Microsoft services or can
be used independently to fit into existing analytics infrastructure.
Some of the tools are used in Web Development are-
Power Query – Used for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL),
allowing users to clean and shape data before analysis.
DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) – A formula language for creating custom
calculations, measures, and data modeling within Power BI.
Power BI Desktop – A desktop application for designing and building interactive
reports and dashboards with visualizations and data connections.

SAMPLE CODE :
Here's a simple example of DAX code used in Power BI to create a
calculated column that calculates the total sales for each product:
DAX
Total Sales = Sales [Quantity] * Sales [Unit Price]
In this example, Sales is the name of the table, and Quantity and Unit
Price are the columns within that table. This calculated column will
display the total sales amount for each row in the Sales table.
Another example is using a measure to calculate the average sales:
