Subject: Request for Computer Laboratory Equipment

Dear Sir.

I hope this letter finds you well.

I am writing to formally request computer components for our computer

laboratory to ensure smooth and efficient operation for both teaching and
practical activities. After assessing the current condition of the lab
equipment, we have identified a need for the following items:

 20 pcs - Solid State Drives (SSD)

 20 pcs - DDR3 RAM modules

 30 pcs - Power cords for desktop units

 30 pcs - Keyboards

 30 pcs - Mouse

These components need to be replaced and the existing computers in the

laboratory, many of which are currently underperforming due to hardware
limitations or missing accessories. Furthermore, many of our current
computer systems, originally purchased in 2019, are significantly outdated,
enhancing these systems will significantly improve the students’ learning
experience and ensure the continuity of ICT-related activities.

I respectfully request that this matter be given due consideration and hope
for your kind support in providing the necessary equipment at your earliest
convenience.

Thank you for your attention and continued support.

Sincerely,
Manuel Abarquez Jr.
MIS Supervisor
