Agency Level Settings Not Started

In this step, you will configure the foundational settings for your HighLevel account at the
agency level. These settings govern how your agency will interact with clients and the
HighLevel platform.

Make sure to go to Settings>Company and upload a logo, make sure all the information
provided like Business Name, Address, Email, etc. are correct.

2. Whitelabel & API Domain Setup Not Started -

In this step, you'll configure a custom domain for your HighLevel account to ensure full
white-label branding for your agency. Setting up the whitelabel domain allows clients to
see your branded URLs instead of HighLevel's default domain, which enhances
professionalism and customer trust.

and transactional emails for your clients without needing third-party integrations like SMTP. Setting up LC E

In this step, you will have to set up a dedicated email domain for your agency.

4. Phone System Configuration Not Started -

The phone system configuration in HighLevel involves setting up phone numbers and
integrating telephony services to enable calling, SMS, and tracking capabilities. This is crucial for
managing client communications and autornhtions.

5. Subaccount For Your Agency Not Started

Setting up a sub account for your agency within HighLevel allows you to use the plattorm's
CHM, automation, and marketing tools for your own business. This sub account will mirror the client
experience, giving you hands-on access to all features, and helping you manage your agency's
operations.
Here are the key steps:
 Create a sub-account (skip this step if you already have created this)
 Update ALL the required information in Settings>Business Profile
6. Sub-Account Integration Not Started -

From the sub-account level, make sure to go to Settings>Integrations like Google, Facebook,
Tiktok, Stripe, etc.!

7. Get Phone Number(s) Not Started -

sometimes region as well. For USA based businesses, the requirement is to get a phone

For countries like Australia, Portugal, Germany, you will need your business registration documents to get a

8. Integrate Agency Website With Sub-account Not Started -

Integrating your agency website with your HighLevel sub account allows you to streamline
lead capture, client engagement, and data flow between your site and HiahLevel's CRM.
This integration is key for automating follow-ups, tracking conversions, and managing
