INT.

RAVAN OFFICE DAY

[Fast-paced intro montage: Keyboard typing Camera lens clicks Rough sketches Phone rings Coffee spills

Team hustle in office]

VO: "This is Ravan. We dont just take projects we take them personally."

VO (CONT'D): Different cuts of Ravan working.

We Ravan had an insiders meeting on our project. At that time, we got a call from SVM for their new product

launch.

[SFX: Phone rings Slack notification sound Zoom chime]

VO: "And just when we thought the day was under control... SVM called."

Actually, Ravan provides two services:

1. Web application development

2. Video production

This project comes under video production.

VO: "July 27 to July 31. Thats our window. But heres the twist."

Our project was confirmed on July 16.

We were supposed to shoot between July 27 and July 31.

Post-production was scheduled from August 1 to August 7 to finish editing.

But here comes the twist...

[Insert shot: Calendar flipping fast Pause on August 21]

VO: "Our hero... arrives *after* the climax was supposed to shoot."

The bike we needed for the shoot would only arrive on August 21, with the second schedule on August 22.

Final output must be ready by August 25.

VO: "As challengers, we need to accept the challenges. Right?"

INT. RAVAN OFFICE DAY

So we began our planning.

[Montage: Each team member turning towards the camera with names & roles flashing like Oceans Eleven

style]

VO: "This is not just a crew. This is Ravans strike team."

Planning involved:

- Shoot script

- Storyboarding

- Shot list

- Equipment & lights

All needed to be ready before the 8th day.

Meanwhile, we also had academics.

[Cut to whiteboard full of scribbles Sticky notes falling Someone sleeping with storyboard on head]

VO: "Plan panna time illa. But... panlama da!"

We called the entire Ravan unit for support.

Our R&D showed that Indias population is 1.45 billion. Cities like Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, and

especially Delhi have high pollution. Tamil Nadus people fear EV life cycles are shorter, but EVs are the

future.

BARATH (from the back): "Dei vaa da, velai irukku..."

THE DAY BEFORE SHOOT:

VIMAL: "Oru valiya storyboarding thavara balanvce irukka? Ellame over storyboarding thana namma

cameraman paathupaan?"
KRISHNA: "Cam irukka bayam yen?"

VIMAL: "Murugaa...."

SHOOT DAY:

[Montage: Camera setup Light test Crew counting down Clapboard *clap*]

A1: "Eppovum naanga 3 plan vachurupom. Plan A, B, C. Ipo Plan A miss aagathu nu oru nambikkai."

A2: "Plan A ennathu?"

A1: "Plan A: Innaiku plan panna ella shots um shot list padi time ku edukanum..."

A2: "Appo Plan B?"

A1: "Plan B is to make Plan A work."

INT. SVM PREMISES DAY

VO: "Shoot ah porutha varaikkum inga vanthu nammakku etha maari set pannave konjam challenging ah tha

irunthuchu..."

[Scene: Lighting misfits Improvised setups]

VO: "Not as much, but not so bad"

VO: "From short films to this we never compromise. This was no different. Everyone here gave their 100%."

At the final day of the shoot, we completed the 1st schedule and moved into post-production.

INT. RAVAN OFFICE DAY

August 1st.

[Montage: Clock hitting 6PM Edits running Energy drinks Time-lapse of editing Midnight clock]

VO: "From classroom to cutting room. Every night."

We had college from 95, editing from 6PM to 12AM.

We used Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Some gaps in the timeline were pending second schedule shots.

[Cut to team reviewing video in dark room]

VO: "Critics? Thats us. First draft done and dusted."

SECOND SCHEDULE AUG 22

[SFX: Shipping crate opens Bike parts shine]

VO: "As everyone knows, bike parts from customs come separately. We had to reassemble and shoot."

Though it had fewer shots, time was more precious than ever.

VO: "High punctuality. No waste."

FINAL OUT:

[Montage: Everyone watching the final cut High fives Smiles BTS chaos vs final product]

VO: "It wasnt just a shoot. It was a lesson in everything that makes us Ravan."

[Text on screen: Every frame tells a story. Ours just began.]

Ravan. Creators. Doers. Believers.

VO: "Over the last 2030 days, we learned the power of planning, time management, and teamwork. The final

product? Delivered."

Client happy. Ravan happy.

THE END.
