State Vs. [Link] & [Link]

07.04.2025

[Link] Ahmed Mir, Ld. Sr. Counsel for the
applicant/accused.
Sh. Bharat Chugh, Ld. Counsel for complaiant.

Matter is listed today for orders. Order is still under

consideration/dictation as this Court was functioning with one stenographer
since long.
Certain medical record are being sought to be filed on behalf of
accused [Link]. The same are strongly resisted.
I note arguments have been concluded much earlier. Bail
application has been argued extensively. As such all such facets which
includes the medical condition of the applicant/accused which has been
taken as a ground seeking bail would be considered in the bail order.
The documents cannot be taken on record at this stage.
Put up for orders on 17.04.2025.
