GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATE
1. The candidate must bring this Interview Call letter. No candidate will be permitted for interview
without the Call letter. Candidate to also bring a copy of Admit Card of Written Examination for
the Interview.
2. In case the photograph is not uploaded/printed above or is not visible/clear, the candidate should
affix his/her recent passport size photograph in the space provided in front of interview
Coordinator.
3. Candidates to bring 4 color passport size photographs.
4. The candidate should also bring a valid photo Id proof (Voter id, Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Driving
License, Passport) original along with a photocopy and a passport size colour photograph.
5. The candidate must bring all original documents along with an attested copy as given below :
a) Educational qualifications- Semester-wise / year-wise mark sheets of Diploma in
Engineering / Final Diploma in Engineering / ITI Certificate / Graduation Certificate issued by
the respective Board/Institute.
b) Proof of Date of Birth- Xth std /SSLC /Matriculation certificate /marksheet issued by the
concerned education board as proof of date of birth. No other document will be accepted for
verification of date of birth.
c) Caste certificate (as applicable)- in the proforma prescribed by the Govt and issued by
Competent Authority only.
 d) The PwBD candidates are required to submit a Disability Certificate issued by Competent
Authority as per the Persons with Disabilities (equal opportunities, Protection of Rights and
Full Participation) Amended Rules, 2009, failing which their candidature as PWD candidates
will not be considered.
e) For claiming the benefit of OBC category, the candidate should submit a latest caste
certificate (not more than 6 months old) in the proforma prescribed by Govt. of India, which
would, among others, specifically mention that the candidate does not belong to the
persons/sections (creamy layer) as mentioned in column 3 of the schedule to the Department
of Personnel & Training, Government of India OM NO.36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated
08.09.1993.
f) In case the date of Declaration of result is not mentioned in the Mark Sheet, the candidate
must submit a certificate mentioning the date of publication of result from the Principal of the
Polytechnic/College/Institute from where the candidate pursued his Diploma course/[Link].
course/ITI course, along with his application form.
Incase during document verification-the documents are found not meeting the eligibility
criteria as per our Advertisement, such candidates would not be allowed to appear for the
Interview.
6. The candidate, before appearing for the interview, should satisfy himself/herself regarding
eligibility criteria for the post as prescribed in the advertisement . In case not meeting the
eligibility criteria candidate is directed not to appear in the interview.
7. Mere selection in interview or empanelment after the selection process shall not confer any right
of engagement to the applicants. You will be treated as de-barred ab-initio at any stage of the
selection process in case you do not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions for selection.
8. SC/ST/PwBD candidates appearing for the Interview test will be reimbursed single second class
railway fare from the nearest railway station of the mailing address to the nearest railway station
of the Interview Venue and back by the shortest route on production of ticket and proof of
relevant certificate (caste/disability certificate) provided the distance is not less than 30 kms.
9. Candidates eligible for the above reimbursement need to download & fill the Travel Expenses
format TE format-available in Notice Board) and submit the duly filled in claim along with a copy
of the caste certificate/disability certificate, copy of ticket, copy of Interview Call Letter and hand
over before commencement of the Interview .
10. Candidates are advised to make sure about the location of their Interview centre in advance so
that they reach the same on the specified date at least 30 minutes before commencement of the
Interview. No candidate will be permitted after 30 mins of the Interview time.
11. No candidate will be permitted to appear for Interview at any centre other than the allotted one.
12. This Call letter DOES NOT guarantee selection in any way. It is only an invitation for the Interview.
13. Any candidates found using unfair means or violating any instructions or doing any undesirable
activity would be debarred from the Interview.
