o Hardware & Software Installation: 6 to 8 days

o Data Migration & Testing: 4 to 5 days

o Rollout & Training: 3 to 4 days

2. Website Design and Development

• Total Estimate: 32 to 35 days

• Key activities include project initiation, design, content creation, development, testing, and deployment. Key
tasks:

o Design & Content Creation: 8 to 10 days

o Website Development: 9 to 10 days

o Testing & Launch: 7 to 9 days

o Post-Launch Support: 3 days

3. Project Management

• Total Estimate: 22 to 25 days

• Key activities include project planning, communication, risk management, monitoring, and project closure.
Key tasks:

o Initiation & Planning: 5 to 6 days

o Ongoing Communication & Monitoring: 6 to 8 days

o Closure: 5 days

4. Resource Management

• Total Estimate: 6 to 8 days

• Key activities include assigning team members, tracking budget, and ensuring hardware/software availability.
