Well,I ordered 2 masala dosas from Zomato but

sadely when i received my order there was no
Sambhar provided with it. I immediately contacted
Zomato Support Chat process,they asked me to
send image of food that I had received .After around
20 minutes of chat zomato refunded my whole
amount (Rs 320)in the form of coupon which had a
validity of one [Link]… after receiving my
order I felt helpless but yeah ….. Finally,to my
surprise Zomato took an action immediately!

the screenshot as well. If you don't receive a
satisfactory response, file a case in consumer court.

Originally Answered: I paid through Paytm for my order at Zomato
and it's been confirmed by Paytm. Zomato has not confirmed it
and has failed to deliver my order. What steps shall I do to receive
a refund?

Ask zomato when it will be refundable, contact paytm

and tell them this is my transaction id blah blah and
what is the status. Ping them until u got refund. Chase
