Introduction
If your device is a third-generation Snapdragon or Google Pixel 7 above unfortunately
this mod will not work as these devices have removed support for 32 bit apps.
Before starting the installation, make sure you have backup your saves. If you don’t know
how to do this, there is a video in the “How to install” folder.
If your device is android 10 or lower, you can install it using mixplorer or any file manager
without the need root. From android 11 onwards it is recommended to have root with mixplorer,
if you don’t know what root, search google about it and how to do it on your device, it’s at your
own risk.
There is a method without root using a file manager similar to the android default, and
so far it has worked on all current versions of android (14), if it doesn’t work on yours it may be
a blockage in the rom of the manufacturer of your device.
There are two versions of the apk and their variants:
• Android price: This version uses the standard android economy, which is
extremely abusive in my opinion, but many people still like it.
• Original price: GOF2's original economy. It's practically a new experience for
those who have only played the android version.
The "For emulator" variant is the version without the UI mod, because on some
emulators the game crashes if it has this menu. The "30 fps" variant is a version limited to 30 fps
(believe me, there were people pushing for this version lol). Obs: use the save corresponding to
the version of the economy, use the original apk with the save of the android version or the
reverse will result in many bugs.
Mod UI is a menu that launches before startup to adjust the resolution and interface of
the game, you can also adjust the position of the touch for devices that have camera spacing and
do not have the option to ignore this spacing (all Xiaomi have it), I recommend using between
102% and 104% on the X if you have this problem.
Installation
• With root: In this method you need to have downloaded "GOF2FHD_APK.7z" and
"GOF2FHD_OBB.7z", follow the video "with root".
• Without root: In this method you need to have downloaded "GOF2FHD_APK.7z" and
"GOF2FHD_OBB.7z", follow the video "without root".
• APKPure: You need to have downloaded "GOF2FHD_XAPK.7z". This is an alternative
method that installs the apk and obb automatically using the app from the APKPure store
([Link]), below the option to download the store there is a tutorial on how to
install xapk. It works with or without root, but it really depends on the device.
If after installation the game shows a wifi message or crashes after unzipping clear the app
data in your device's app manager and try reinstalling obb, if the problem continues either obb
is being corrupted in the process of moving to the obb folder or you moved it wrong.
Unfortunately, there is no 100% guaranteed method without root above android 11 because
google has blocked access to the Android folder, on some devices only reading is allowed, on
others full access is allowed, it varies a lot depending on the device.
If the installation went correctly and the game opened, you can restore the backup of your
save by following the video "Restore backup save", remember to use the apk according to your
save (android price or original price). Remember again that the apk mod loses all connection
with the play store, if you have purchased DLC they will be saved in the file "gof2_save_options".

I've added two experimental versions, one with post-processing FX (Bloom) enabled and one
with a new system, read the "read me" to find out more about it.
This mod was only possible thanks to the Russian GOF2 community on 4PDA and the discord
