Hardware and Network connection


 Step1. Connect pc and panel by wire
Note: First we need wired mode to check WIFI configuration of 1500Cw

1) Network cable (Detector and Computer)

2) Interface cable

3) Power box

4) Power cable

 Step2. Configure computer and detector


Note: The detector’s default IP is [Link]

2.1 Change the local IP address


1) Right click the button in lower right corner of the desktop

2) Open network and sharing center

3) Properties (make sure the speed 1Gbps)

4) Internet protocol version

5) Change IP address as ‘6’ step ( PC [Link])

2.2 Log in detector system with IE


1) Login detector

Type IP ([Link] in address bar

2) Enter, and pop-up a window as below

Username: power

Password: power

3) When you logged in, you will see a homepage of Careray and click

‘ADVANCED’ then ‘WiFi’ you can get a page as below:

4) That’s the detector’s parameters of WIFI. Minimize the window, we’ll use

it later.

 Step3. Configure router


(Different routers’ UI and setting may different)

3.1 Change the wire mode to wireless mode


Note: for the network cable, one side plug in router’s LAN interface (black),

on the other side plug in computer.

3.2 Login the router and set the router IP as [Link],


then reboot the router and login it to configure other
parameter.

3.3 Input the Username ‘root’, click ‘ok’. Next click


‘Wireless Config’ next is ‘Basic(11n/a)’, you will see a
page like below:

3.4 You can input those parameters (such as SSID


/wireless channel) according to WIFI page that we opened
before.

Step4. Verify that you are now connected to the panel.


Type ‘[Link]’ in the ‘commend prompt’

If you got TTL value, the panel has been connected.
