Dear Shalini Sinha,

We are pleased to appoint you at the position as “Assistant Beauty Therapist Trainer”, in our
company. Your employment with the organization will resume on the working day you present
yourself on duty (i.e. 05/09/2024). As agreed, you will work as per the above position for 6
months’ probation.
Find below terms and conditions of your appointment (MOU).

1) The working day of you reporting on duty will be considered as the date of joining. (I.e.
05/09/2024).
2) You will carry out your responsibility with full attention, honesty and sincerity.
3) You will not misuse/divulge any trade information, acquired by you during the course of
your employment, to any individual or outside party, that might adversely affect
organization’s profitability and prestige.
4) Fixed salary package (inclusive of all): You will be paid a total salary of Rs.15000 /- Per
month (Rs. Fifteen Thousand Only) along with boarding facility.
5) Whenever the company finds your work below satisfactory, you will be given one month
notice before dismissal. The company has all the rights for your assignment and
dismissal.
6) You will carry out other specific assignment from time to time with efficiency and
diligence.
7) You will maintain good working relationship with the clients and office colleagues so as
to improve efficiency and productivity.
8) You will give us in written that you will stay with our organization for at least one year.
You will have to give one month prior notice if you leave the job or else action will be
taken. (One month salary will be cut off)
9) Please sign and send us back the duplicate copy of this letter as a token of your
acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned above.

understanding letter as above and put down my signature as a token of my acceptance of the
terms and condition of my employment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Your commitment with us will be for minimum [Link]. You cannot break this agreement
before this or else if you break you will have to pay 1 months salary.
2. Your probation period will be for first 3 months. You will be given increment in salary
after one year ie. From the date of confirmation.
3. After agreement completion , you will have to give 1 month’ notice period before leaving
job, or else you will not be given last month salary.
4. Your job timings will be of 9 hours. (9.00 am to 6:00 Pm )
5. 15 minutes late will be allowed for only 3 days in a month. If you come more than 3 days
than your ½ day salary will be deducted.
6. You have to fill leave form prior 3 days of the leave you want to take or leave won’t be
sanctioned. And action will be taken if leave taken without permission.
7. Please sign and send us back the duplicate copy of this letter as a token of your
acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned above.
