Process sample answer 1 - ielts advantage

Introduction
The illustration depicts how plastic bottles are recycled.

Overview
The 9-step cycle begins with people putting plastic bottles into
bins and ends with the production of new products. This is
achieved by turning plastic bottles back into raw materials that
can be turned into a range of plastic commercial goods.
Instruction: Before writing body paragraph: logically divide into
two sections; in this case I am going to divide into 1-4: not
processed and 4-9: processed steps i.e. it is not in original form

Body 1
The process starts with the placement of plastic containers into
specialized bins, which are then collected by bin lorries. They are
then transported to a processing plant to be sorted by hand.
When they have been correctly sorted, they can be compressed
into blocks of plastic bottles.

Instruction: state which step you are talking,

Body 2
At step 5, the bottles are crushed, and the resulting fragments
drop into a liquid so that they can be washed. The substance is
placed into a machine producing plastic pallets that can then be
heated to produce the raw materials. This can be then
manufactured into various goods that contain plastic, into various
goods that contain plastic, and the process commences again.
Sample Answer 2 - Band 6

Introduction
The illustration depicts how sugar is manufactured from
sugarcane.
Overview
The 7-step linear procedure begins with planting sugar canes on
a field and ends with the production of sugar. This is achieved by
turning sugar canes into juices that can be turned into syrup
which is further converted into sugar crystals after centrifuging.
Body 1
The cultivation process takes about 12 to 18 months. Once fully
grown, the canes are harvested manually or by machine. After the
sugar canes are gathered, the crop is crushed to produce juice.

Body 2
After the juice is extracted, it is then passed through a limestone
filter, which removes impurities, before it is heated in an
evaporator, turning it into a thick [Link] substance is placed
into a centrifuging machine which separates the sugar crystals
from [Link] syrup, which is produced by heating the juice, is
then processed further to extract sugar crystals.

Sample Answer 2 (9-Chat GPT)

The diagram illustrates the process involved in the production of
sugar from sugar cane.

Overall, the process consists of seven stages, beginning with

growing and harvesting sugar canes, and ending with drying and
cooling the final sugar product after purification and separation.

In the first stage, sugarcane is cultivated over 12 to 18 months

before being harvested either manually or with machines. The
harvested canes are then crushed in a machine to extract the
juice, which is then purified using a limestone filter to remove
impurities.

After purification, the juice is heated in an evaporator,

transforming it into syrup. This syrup is then placed in a
centrifuge to separate the sugar crystals from the remaining
liquid. Finally, these crystals are dried and cooled, producing
the final sugar product.

Sample Answer 3

The illustration displays the process involved in production of ethyl alcohol.

The 10-step cyclical process starts with production of energy and ends with the emission of
carbon dioxide from vehicles. This is achieved by turning energy into cellulose which in turn is
further processed to form sugar after which it is converted into carbon dioxide through emission
from vehicles.

Body 1
The process starts with formation of energy by combining sunlight and carbon dioxide which
provides a suitable environment for the plants and trees to [Link] vegetations are fully
grown, they are collected by harvesting vans. Following the harvesting, they are then
transported to a processing plant for further processing.
Body 2
After processing, the substance is converted into cellulose which is further chemically
processed to form [Link] after, adding of microbes is done to produce [Link], the
same ethanol is used by cars, vans or airplanes which emit carbon dioxide to the environment
and the same process repeats.
