Project Overview
Beattie Music and Entertainment, LLC (BME) seeks proposals from qualified freelancers to
design, develop, and deploy a website for our newly established business. The website will serve
as the primary digital presence for BME and its affiliated brands, including Chuck Beattie Music,
Chuck Beattie Publishing, and WNC Entertainment.
The website should reflect the elegant and sophisticated branding of the business, utilizing
Design Option 1 (Classic Elegance). The site must provide a seamless user experience, be
mobile-friendly, and meet the needs of both corporate and luxury clients.
Project Goals
The website’s primary goals are:
To create a visually appealing, user-friendly site that communicates our premium
entertainment services.
To provide an easy way for potential clients to inquire about services, book
performances, and view our offerings.
To effectively showcase our talent and portfolio.
To ensure the website is fully optimized for SEO and works across all devices and
browsers.
Scope of Work
The selected freelancer will be responsible for the following tasks:

o Custom design and development of a professional, sophisticated website based on
the provided branding elements and design option.
o Development of a homepage, services pages, an FAQ section, a booking form,
and a contact page.
o Design of a visually cohesive and elegant layout, with easy navigation and calls to
action.
o Integration of a payment gateway and booking system for client inquiries and
event booking.
2. Development
o Implementation of the design with responsive web design best practices to ensure
it is mobile-friendly.
o Integration of social media icons, client testimonials, and a gallery for showcasing
our performances.
o Search Engine Optimization (SEO) setup for the entire website.
o Security features to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access.
3. Testing and Deployment
o Testing the website on multiple devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile) and across
major browsers to ensure compatibility.
o Deployment of the website to the live server, ensuring it is fully functional and
accessible.
4. Training and Maintenance
o Give all login passwords to all project documents and software.
o Submit all source code and design documents and documentation, including
images developed or used in the project must be delivered upon completion of the
project.
o Provide basic training to the business team on how to manage content (updating
the blog, adding new content, etc.).
o Provide a post-launch support period of 30 days to fix any issues or bugs.

Proposal Requirements
All proposals must include the following information:
1. Approach and Methodology
o Provide a concise summary of your planned approach to executing the project,
outlining the key steps in the design process and establishing a clear timeline for
deliverables.
o Specify the technologies, tools, or platforms you intend to utilize to complete the
project efficiently and effectively.
o Ensure that all proposed tools and software are non-proprietary and widely
accessible to maintain compliance with the outlined requirements.
2. Fixed Price Quote
o A fixed price proposal for the entire website development project.
o The proposal should reflect all costs, including any potential revisions, additional
features, or third-party tool integrations.
o Note: The proposal must be based on a fixed price contract. BME does not accept
hourly rate contracts, regardless of the freelancer's hourly rate.
3. Timeline
o An estimated timeline for completing the project, from the initial design concept
to the final deployment.
o Present milestones for completion based on the approach and methodology you
propose.
o Each milestone should show a starting date as well as a date for completion.
4. Experience and Portfolio
o Examples of previous websites you’ve developed, especially those in similar
industries (music, entertainment, luxury, corporate).

5. Support and Maintenance
