INTRODUCTION
Getting a house on rent is one of the needs of peoples, peoples spends lot of time to get a house
on rent, so this web application is very helpful to solve this problem, that is house renters can
register their house information through this web application, and house seekers can easily get a
house for rent through this web application by using the details given in the web application
easily. And the house renters are using paper works to store the details of the house tenant but in
this web application the render can access all data through the database easily and secure
1.1PROBLEM STATEMENT
This web page is proposed to solve the following problems:
Data Growth: data increase day to day. Putting away keeping up all information
physically is extremely troublesome
Lack of electronic system: currently most landlords /property managers utilize the
manual system in recording and keeping up their property and client information
Data security is not guaranteed: in a manual manner, information is recorded on
books/papers which may effectively get harmed prompting loss of information.
There is no database to store data: potential misfortune or harm is high since
information is put away on substantial documents. (myengineeringprojects, 2022)
1.2FUNCTION REQUIREMENT
Allow render to include a houses, and house’s detail and renders details
Allow the render to erase houses,
Allow renter to pursuit information in the database.
Allow admin to alter information in the database.
Allow the house seekers login into the system and search the house they want and send the
request and the admin sends the appointment back to the render

2.1 Literature review
Housing rental system is a very important need nowadays this document explains the
online web page system which can be accessed through online web page and add
information through the database.
In this document the requirement of the web site, the needs of the peoples for the web site,
the method of meeting the requirements, the structure of the website the features required
to create a website, the time required to create website, and the cost for the same have been
explained
2.2Study of similar application
In previous web pages renders were allowed to add their house details only but in this new
webpage renders can access all information through databases.
2.3 Motivation
As technology and science are developing very fast day by day, people are using modern
methods to fulfil their needs quickly, safely and easily. Presently the house rental system
is manual so the people spends more time to find a house therefore the computerized online
house rental system is needed to people to do their needs easily

The main aim of this website To list houses for rent and users looking for place to
rent could find the details of the house or room easily
To Providing an interface for home owners to easily rent out their homes
To This system will provide better Service for home tenant and renter.
Minimizing the time needed for rental a house
The main database has been designed which will help in removing the problems
associated with the existing manual system and also will keep therecords safely.
Provide a fully functional automated house rental Management System that will be
an online system.
