Under instructions from our client M/s. Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd., a Non-Banking Finance Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956,
havingitsCorporateOfficeatNo.27-A,DevelopedIndustrialEstate,Guindy,Chennai–600032(hereinafterreferredtoas“Myclient/HLF”),wehereby issue this
following notice to you.
1. My client states that you, the Noticee/s had availed loan (details of which are mentioned hereunder) from them, for purchasing a Vehicle /
Asset(hereinafterreferredtoasthe“Asset”)[Link] and my
client has first charge over the said Asset and you undertook to abide by the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement including the
payment of the instalments as per repayment schedule, which is the essence of the contract. Any failure to pay on time will amount to
breach of the contract warranting HLF to initiate appropriate legal actions, as per the terms of the Loan Agreement.
2. ThatyouareirregularanderraticinrepaymentoftheinstallmentsandsomeoftheCheques/NACH/ECS/StandingInstructionmandatesissued
byyoutowardsthepaymentofinstalmentshadbeenreturned/[Link]-spiteofrepeated reminders
by HLF executives over phone and through personal visits, you have willfully and wantonly neglected to pay the installments and thereby
committed breach of the contract. On account of the same, my client has suffered huge loss as detailed hereunder, which you, the
Noticee/s is/are liable to pay.
3. BeingamemberofCreditInformationBureau(India)Limited(CIBIL),[Link] you to
make payment of the overdue instalments, forthwith to ensure that your future endeavors to obtain credit or loan facility from any
otherbank/[Link],ifyouarewillingtomakethe
aforesaidpaymentwithinthestipulatedtimeorhaveanyqueriesregardingoverdueamount,youarerequestedtocontactourrepresentative
including the nearest Branch office for the same.
