Job Description
The JDKN Ananta Anugraha Foundation emerged as a non-profit organization in direct response to the
profound challenges plaguing our community. Our community faces a multitude of pressing issues, from the
looming threat of millions of students being forced to abandon their education to the alarming pace of climate
change and other environmental crises endangering our surroundings. Additionally, it is disheartening that
millions of fellow Indians can’t pay their medical bills. These urgent concerns underscore our mission to make a
positive impact and alleviate the suffering within our society.

Our mission is to provide healthcare facilities to each individual and every child the chance to develop their full
potential and achieve great things in life.

Job Role Name: Event Planner Intern

Job Roles and Responsibility:

1. Event Planning & Coordination:


o Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
o Coordinate all aspects of event production, including venue selection, catering,
entertainment, transportation, and accommodations.
o Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event elements align
with the NGO's goals and values.
o Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

2. Budget Management:
o Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to
financial guidelines.
o Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices and
terms.
3. Volunteer Management:
o Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for event support roles.
o Ensure volunteers are well-informed and motivated to contribute effectively.

4. On-Site Management:
o Oversee the setup, execution, and teardown of events.
o Ensure all event activities run smoothly and address any issues promptly.
