Physical Assessment

Mr. Ronald Romero underwent a thorough physical assessment examining his general appearance and various body systems. The assessment found: 1) He was of healthy appearance with normal vital signs and measurements. 2) Examination of his integumentary, head, eyes, ears, nose, mouth, neck, lungs, heart, abdomen, muscles, bones and joints found everything within normal limits with no abnormalities. 3) The only abnormal finding was that he was missing 1 tooth in his upper jaw and 2 teeth in his lower jaw.
