Introduction
A conducive learning environment is critical for the academic success and well-being of
students. The lack of adequate electric fans in classrooms and common areas at Kolehiyo ng
Subic creates discomfort for students and faculty, especially during hot weather. This
proposal seeks to address this issue by providing sufficient electric fans to improve comfort
and productivity in the college.
