Employment
Dear Mr Suraj Kumar
We are pleased to extend an offer of employment to you at Volvrit on the following terms and
conditions:
1. Date of Joining
Your appointment will commence from the date of your joining i.e. effective 27TH November,
2024.
2. Designation
You shall be designated as “Software Engineer ”.
3. Probation
You shall initially be on probation for a period of three(3) months from the date of your
joining. Your confirmation in the service of the Company is subject to satisfactory
performance during the period of your probation.
4. Remuneration
You shall draw the Annual salary of 5 Lakhs 4 Thousand.
5. Resignation
Would you wish to resign from the services of the company, you shall give to the company
minimum 30 days written notice in advance. This clause shall be applicable to all trainees,
probationers and confirmed employees.
6. Notice on Resignation
Subsequent to the resignation, failure on your part to provide the required notice of
resignation, you shall be liable to pay an equivalent amount (Notice Pay) to the company in
lieu of notice. The acceptance of salary in lieu of notice period is at the sole discretion of the
company. This clause shall be applicable to all trainees, probationers and confirmed
employees.
7. Work Timings
I. Regular working days are Monday to Saturday.
II. Regular working hours are 10.00 AM to 06 PM.
8. Secrecy & Copyright
You will not share this Offer letter with any other company.
