I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Central Board of


Secondary Education, for providing me with the opportunity to undertake this
project titled “X.” This project is submitted in partial fulfilment of the
curriculum requirements for HISTORY (027) (Class: XII) as part of the internal
examination conducted by CBSE, New Delhi.

I would like to express my gratitude to all the people who have helped me
successfully complete my project.

Firstly, I would like to thank God for the blessings and guidance throughout
this journey.

I would also like to thank our principal, Mrs. Geetha Devi Varma, for giving
me wonderful support and motivation to complete the project successfully.

Secondly, I would like to thank my History Teacher, Dr. Arun A. S., who
helped me in every single aspect during the preparation of this project.
