Roles and Responsibilities
❖ Handle the operations and maintenance of Mill and Boiler section like check the all rotating
parts, handle the operation without any deviation of following parameters and achieve the
optimal plant operation.
❖ Handle the maintenance of boiling house section like Pipeline renewal, Pumps, valves and
Gearboxes failures, centrifugal machines, conveyors and hopper during the plant running time.
❖ Perform breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance and utility maintenance tasks to
ensure optimal plant operations.
❖ Issue work permit and update history cards.
❖ Tracking spares and maintenance equipment.
❖ Troubleshoot and address breakdown promptly.
❖ Coordinating with internal and external contractors for effective work.
❖ SAP – Purchase requisitions, Material requisitions, Service entry sheet, Service purchase order.
❖ Supported for Boiler water wall, Air preheater, Economizer coils, Super heater coils and

❖ To operate the machine for leak test and engrave. Assign the end cap.
