Id card identification method
1. purpose
In order to prevent the false recruitment of child labor, ensure that the
employees recruited by the factory comply with the national and local
regulations, and protect the interests of the employees and the factory.

3. recognition program
1, when the applicant applies to the company, the personnel recruitment
specialist first requires the applicant to show the ID card, education
certificate, health certificate, etc., the personnel without the ID card will not
be employed.
2, when checking the ID card, the first thing is to see the feel. The real ID card is
elastic and quickly restored after bending; the fake ID card is soft or thicker,
easy to break and not elastic.
3. Look at the font. The "name", "gender", "nationality", "date of birth",
"address" and "number" are the encrypted font of the Ministry of Public
Security, flat and long; the fake ID card is wide or vague (because it is
copied).
4. Look at the printing effect. True id card is printed with needle, with light ink;
fake body card is often printed with heavy ink.
5, see through the optical performance. The front of the real ID card back to the
light source, can clearly see the national emblem on the back; false ID card is
blurred.

6. Some special marks. On the third or fourth line on the back of the true card
has a long arc parallel blue wave lines, the false card is short; the head of the
true card after special treatment, can not see the blue mesh lines, the false
card can be clearly seen (except about 94 id card); the front of the public
security seal is clear, the word "male" has a horizontal connection, the middle
of the word "an" is a straight line, the right side of the word "bureau" the word
is flat (the following sentence is not out of the corpse above). False evidence
does not have the above characteristics.
7. Check whether the appearance of the applicant is consistent with the photo on
the ID card. The photo should be the front bareheaded head picture, 32mm

9. The thickness of the second generation certificate is 1 mm, which is

identity information, printed up. The layer on the back is called a level layer
to prevent static electricity. On this layer, you can see the Great Wall
beacon tower pattern and the "China CHINA" anti-counterfeiting film, there
are orange, green anti-counterfeiting logo. The string "China CHINA" is
surrounded by a gradient pattern and has an oval appearance. ID card base

further inquiries to the local police station to determine whether the
applicants ID card is true or not.
14. The personnel department shall determine whether the employee ID card
has expired according to the validity period of the ID card registered on the
employee roster every month. If the id card of the employee is valid for only
three months, timely notify the employee in writing to replace the new
identity certificate.
