AllinOneTool Installer
Operation Manual

Preparation before installation


“.NET Framework ” is required to operate AllinOneTool. Make sure to install it before
installing AllinOneTool.
*
1) Refer to “Checking the required operating environment” for the required environment.
2) You can download “.NET Framework ” from the download site at Microsoft’s website.
* Administrator authority is required to install .NET Framework.
No administrator authority is required to install AllinOneTool.
You need to connect to Global e-Service when installing AllinOneTool.

Caution
You cannot install AllinOneTool in more than one PC with one Global e-Service user account. You need to
obtain additional user account if you want to install AllinOneTool in more than one PC.
If you cannot obtain the additional user account, uninstall AllinOneTool from the PC and reinstall it in the
other PC.
* The same is applicable to MaintenancePro tools such as MPDr and MPViewer.

Procedure

1. Open the Control panel.

2. Double-click the [Add or Remove Programs].

3. Ensure that the .NET Framework has


been installed.
If the .NET Framework has already
been installed, go to step (53-1E-4 Installing
the AllinOneTool software).

Procedure

4. If it has not yet been installed, download it from the Web


site at left and install it on the PC.
Hint:
Access the following download site URL.
[Link]

1) Click [More Downloads] in this screen.

2) Select the version of .NET Framework.

3) Install .

Procedure

1. Select [MaintenancePRO] in the menu screen in Global e-


Service.

2. The M-PRO download screen is displayed. Click


[Download] for the AllinOneTool installer.
The file download dialog box is displayed. Follow the
instruction on the dialog box to save the installer at any
desired location.

3. Select the downloaded installer file, and right-click on it.


Then, click [Extract All] on the pull-down list.

4. When the window shown at left opens, click the [Next]


button.

Procedure

5. When the window shown at left opens, click the [Next]


button.
Hint:
Do not change the destination folder for file expansion.

6. When the window shown at left opens, click the [Finish]


button.

Hint:
Do not uncheck the [Show extracted files] checkbox.

7. As the installer folder is created automatically, double-click


the "AllinOneTool [Link]" installer file to start it.

8. Select a language in the installer from the pull-down menu


and click the [OK] button.

Procedure

9. Click the [OK] button in the dialog box that shows a note at
installation.

[Link] the License Agreement screen is displayed, select


[Agree] and click the [Next] button.

[Link] Global e-Service login screen is displayed.


Input the user ID and password and click the [Login]
button.

Hint:
An error may be generated at login depending on your
environment. If such is the case, refer to “What to Do if
an Error is Generated in the Login Screen”.

The dialog box is displayed as shown at left during the


installation process.

[Link] you wish to register its shortcut on the startup menu,


click the [Yes] button.

Hint:
Once you have registered the shortcut on the startup
menu, the AllinOneTool software starts automatically
during startup of the PC.

[Link] the software installation is complete, the window


shown at left opens. Click the [Yes] button if you want to
start AllinOneTool.

Procedure

* When the PC is running in the Windows 7 environment,


the window shown at left opens after the installation
process finishes. Click [This program installed correctly].

* When the PC is running on the recommended OS other


than Windows 7,the window shown at left may appear
after starting the downloaded AllinOneTool Installer.
Open the AllinOneTool Installer properties, and then click
[Unblock].

53-1E-8 Uninstalling the AllinOneTool software

Procedure

1. Select [Start] – [Programs] – [AllinOneTool] – [Uninstall] to


start the uninstaller.

2. Click the [OK] button in the dialog box that shows a note at
uninstallation.

3. The uninstallation process execution confirmation dialog


box is displayed. Click the [OK] button.

4. Once the uninstallation process is completed, the dialog


box is displayed as shown at left. Click the [OK] button.

Procedure

Installing from the tool list


1. Click the [Tool list] button on the toolbar.

2. The [Lilst of Service Tools] screen is displayed. Click the


[Add] button.

3. The installer is decompressed, and then the installation


process is started.
After that please install it according to the instructions of
the screen.

Installing from the import screen


1. Click the [Import] button on the toolbar .

2. Click the [Ref.] button in the [Import] screen.

Procedure

3. Select the file to import and click the [Open] button.


Hint:
Select the file imported from the M-PRO SV download
screen.

4. Click the [Import] button.

5. The installer is decompressed, and then the installation


process is started.
After that please install it according to the instructions of
the screen.

Procedure

1. Select [MaintenancePRO] in the menu screen in Global e-

2. The M-PRO download screen is displayed. Click


[Download] for a manual to import.

3. It lists the installation manuals and operation manuals.


Click [Download] for desired manual to import.

4. The dialog box shown left is displayed. Save the manual


at a desired location.

* You can refer to the installation manual via the


downloaded file.
* You need to import the operation manual with
AllinOneTool to refer to it.

Procedure

5. Click the [Import] button on the toolbar .

6. Click the [Ref.] button in the [Import] screen.

7. Select the file to import and click the [Open] button.

Hint:
Select the file imported from the M-PRO SV download
screen.

8. Click the [Import] button.

9. Once the import process is completed, the dialog box is


displayed as shown at left. Click the [OK] button.

* You can browse the imported manual from the [Help]


menu for an appropriate tool.

What to Do if an Error is Generated in the

Login Screen

Procedure

1. Depending on your environment, clicking the [Login]


button in the [Login] screen for Global e-Service may open
the [Proxy Authentication] screen left.

If such is the case, input the proxy user ID and password


(e.g.: the Windows login user ID and password) and click
the [OK] button.

2. If it does not solve the problem, you may be required to set


up your PC for your network environment. Contact with
your deport administrator.
* Clicking the [Option] button in the [Login] screen opens
the [Proxy Settings] screen.
