1. Set your Mission Statement and/or Goal
What do you want to become?
• -Gain industry exposure to have more experience in the HR field to expand my
portfolio.
• -Going back to work at TLS Contact as an operation agent
• -Shift abroad to open a business on my own.
2. What is your Unique Selling Proposition?
USP – what makes you stand out in the mind of a future employer?
Unique Selling Proposition:
Had exposure to industries through an internship at EY and Financial Services and
Good Governance as a Human Resource Intern and worked full-time for 3 months at
TLS Contact as an Operation Agent, a company focused on helping and providing
visa and consular services on behalf of travellors.
3. Identify your Audience/Target Markets
Think about who needs to know you and your capabilities and then define them.
Audience/Target Markets:
HR Manager and Zone manager of TLS Contact.
HR professionals.
Managers and executives.
4. Define your Strategy/Plan of Attack
This section should, at a minimum, a) find out where your Audience/Target Market is, and b) determine how you
can communicate with that audience.
Strategy/Plan of Attack:
My strategic plan for targeting the HR/Manager of TLS Contact is to communicate
with them through my previous connections since I worked there before or simply
contact them and schedule a meeting through the Teams Platform.
5. Implement it!
Think about what you will do, when you will do it, where you will do it, what resources you will need, what
obstacles you may need to overcome etc.
Implementation:
To implement the plan of attack I will need to connect with the HR Manager through
Teams to schedule a call since she lives in Pakistan. This will be carried out during
my degree since I am in my last year's last semester. The resources required would
be my laptop and that's it since they already have my resume.
6. Re-evaluate regularly
How will you define what’s working or not working? What do you need to start doing, stop doing, or do differently
etc.
Re-evaluation:
After applying, I will have to wait for their responses but not for than 2
months Growing my network on LinkedIn is a to synch my profile with my email
address book. This will enable Linkedin to suggest people I could connect with.
