1- Def of Wound : It is a type of physical trauma with loss of continuity of
skin & soft tissue

2: Enumerate type of closed wound wit definition :-


1- Contusions (ecchymosis/bruises): caused by injury to small blood
vessel without formation of a swelling.
2- Haematoma: it is the localized collection of blood caused by injury to
blood vessel with formation of a swelling.

9: Patho Physiology of crush syndrome ( Traumatic anaemia ) ?


Muscle release 2 hormone
1- Potassium (K) lead to hypercalemia by increasing in blood ( Cardiac
arrest )
2- Myoglobin lead to Urine precipitate by increasing blood
( Renal failure )

How to avoid it ?
1- Cardiac arrest : taking insulin glucose
2- Renal failure : taking sodium bicarbonate
