1. Install the base.

Cast a concrete plinth.
The height of the concrete plinth must meet the heat-dis ssipation and waterproofing requirements of the cabinet. The concrete plinth must be 200 mm higher than the gro ound, and the horizontal error must be within 5 mm when the plinth is cast.

Principles for routing the PGND cables and the equipotential cables The PGND cables and signal cables cannot be bound or entangled. A certain distance must e be reserved between them to prevent interferen from each other. nce

Principles for earth grounding the cabi inets:

The upper cabinets are connected to the lowe er cabinets with the equipotential cables. The lower cabinets are connected with the equipotential cables. The cabinet below the APM30H is connected to the grounding busbar with PGND cables.

Assembling the Easy Power Rec ceptacle (Pressfit Type) Connector
1. Material: Easy Power Receptacle (Pressfit Type) C Connector, contact terminal, heat-shrinkable tube, and cable 2. Procedure for adding the contact ter rminal
Strip the jacket off the cable according to the scale on the equipment. Use a screwdriver to push the sliding block until the in-position mark is completely exposed.

Ensure that the edge of the wire is not split.

Insert the conductors into the holes. That is, insert the red cable connected to the positive pole into hole 1 and blue cable connected to the negative pole into hole 2.
Hole for the conductor Sliding block

The conductor should be in the center of the holes. The conductor should be perpendicular to the holes. The depth of the conductor into the hole should be not less than 11 mm.

Push back the sliding blocks until they are in position. Then, check whether the conductors are secure by gently pulling the cables.

The conductor is deviated from the center of the hole.

The conductor is not perpendicular to the hole.

If the conductor slides outward or the wire of the conductor is exposed outside the hole for the conductor, remove the conductor, cut the split wires, and then strip the jacket and install the conductor again.

The conductor is not perpendicular to the hole.
