Integrate Teamcenter with Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Reader
To integrate Teamcenter with Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Reader, you must
install Teamcenter Acrobat/Reader Plugin on the client machines.
For Active Workspace
Install Teamcenter Adobe CC Integration for Active Workspace.
Specify the URL for accessing Active Workspace from the Adobe applications.

For Browsing Create Template Server Profile is Required.
Create Template using Server Profile
Server Profile get connection to Teamcenter to get the templates which are
released of type(Document Management Template).
Create Server Profile in BMIDE by clicking Windows->Preferences.
Click Add.
Enter the details
Create New IRDC.
Login and connect using Server Profile
Click Finish.
Save the Data Model
Generate Software Package
BMIDE Menu -> Generate Software package.
Go to navigator.
Deploy the custom docmgttemplate in server

To Use the solr search engine for Keyword search.
Creating Solr_admin Password file using install utility
If Active Workspace search is not working.
Change value of solr admin password file location in [Link].
If Solr Search or full text search is not performed. Set the Preferences. Full text
search in AWC by using preference.
AWS_FullTextSearch_Index_Dataset_File_Content to true.
Run [Link] for setting Index
For Clear Index cache
If index for the Datasets cleared, then no search result is displayed.

Extensions-> Global Constants -> Open Global Constants in Editor
Change the required Global constant
Build package of the existing BMIDE Package
Open in the AWC installed Environment
Import the package in BMIDE Right Click -> Properties -> Teamcenter ->BMIDE
-> Select AWCdependent template.

changing the value of this constant, you can specify the file types you want to index. (This global
constant is used if no value is set for the AW_Indexable_File_Extensions preference.)

Customize audit logs field display
You can customize which fields are displayed in each audit log. For example, by default the General
Logs audit log displays the following fields:
Logged Date
Event Type Name
User ID
Change ID
Reason
Group Name
Role Name
Secondary Object Display Name
Secondary Object Type
To remove a field from the display:
1. In the rich client, search for the audit log file you want to edit. For example, select
the GeneralAuditLogs file to remove a field name in the General Logs audit log.

Enable Audit Manager in Teamcenter Rich Client:
HiddenPerspectives
If Audit Manager does not appear in the rich client, remove the AuditManager value from
this preference.
TC_audit_manager
Ensure the preference is set to ON (default).
TC_audit_manager_version
Ensure the preference is set to 3 (default).
After enabling AuditManager the AuditManager Perspectives is available.
Excel Report can be generated using Export to Excel
