Work Activity/Experience
I attended the Brownies and later the Girl Guides. I was involved in many local and off site
residential Brownies and Girl Guides activities enabling me to learn the value of teamwork,
problem solving and improve my Social and communication skills.
On two occasions I was awarded the John Petchey award for music contribution from my
school. And for my participation in Girl Guides activities.
I played the drums in many school and community Christmas and summer concerts. I was
privileged on two occasions to take part in the Wandsworth Schools Music event and play
2 solos at the Royal Festival Hall and at the Royal Albert hall.
I completed the Bronze Duke of Edinburgh’s award and have participated in numerous
residential expeditions.
During COVID I undertook projects within my community such as helping elderly people
on my road, doing their gardening, clearing rubbish from their garden, visits to the local
shops and befriending and learning from them about their adventures during the 2nd
world war.
I also became a keen gardener and shared produce with my family such as potatoes, sweet
corn and tomato.
COVID was a very difficult time for me as I missed the routines of school and meeting up
with my friends.
I am a keen Skateboarder and was asked by the manager at
Kimber Skatepark and BMX track. To plan and run a weekly skateboard club for young girls
which i ran for a year. I was nominated and shortlisted for the Wandsworth Young
Volunteer award because of my dedication to girls club at the skateparks . I was invited to
the ceremony at Wandsworth Town hall. Where I was awarded 2nd Place.

Interests
I enjoy cooking, music, reading, growing vegetable in my aunties garden. I am a keen sports
women and enjoy most sports.
