sourcing and quality analysis, drying, grading, cracking, shell separation, sorting, grading,
vacuum packing, cartooning, and warehousing.

Cashew Nuts
Cashew nuts are provided in two types for export: kernel and processed nuts. With kernel
cashew nuts, there are various sizes ranging from W180 to W500. These cashew nuts are based
on size, color, and degree of rupture. They are divided into different categories and earmarked
with symbols for classification.
Every type of cashew nut has a specific price tag based on the size of the cashew nut (big or
small) and color (light, yellow, or brown). A cracked nut also has unique pricing, while a large-
sized nut will cost higher than a small nut.
