PROGRAM DESIGN TO UTILIZE THE AMOUNT OF FOURTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (P 14,000.00) FOR
MEALS & SNACKS OF BARANGAY HEALTH WORKERS, BARANGAY NUTRITION SCHOLAR AND
PARTICIPANTS ON MOTHER’S CLASS ON PREGNANT WOMEN AT BARANGAY HEALTH CENTER, TAGUM
CITY, DAVAO DEL NORTE ON DECEMBER 15, 2021.

I. RATIONALE:
THAT OUR CONSTITUENTS ESPECIALLY OUR PREGNANT WOMEN, WOULD KNOW THAT
HOW IMPORTANT TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF THEIR SELF DURING THE STAGE OF PRENANCY
AT THE SAME TIME KNOWS THE SCHEDULE ON THE VERY IMPORTANT RULE AS PARENTS IN
TIMES OF THE IMMUNIZATION SCHEDULE OF THE NEW BORN CHILD. AND TO KNOW ALSO
THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF FAMILY PLANNING.

II. OBJECTIVES:
 TO BE INFORMED OF THE DO’S AND DON’T’S DURING THE PREGNANCY PERIOD OF THE
SOON TO BE MOTHER.
 AND TO KNOW THE IMMUNIZATION SCHEDULE OF THE NEW BORN CHILD, ESPECIALLY
THE VERY IMPORTANT VACCINES.
 TO INFORMED THE PARENTS ON THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF THE FAMILY PLANNING AND
THE BENEFITS IF THEY ARE GOING TO APPLY.

III. BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS:

THE DISBURSEMENT/UTILIZATION OF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED ITEMS SHALL BE IN


ACCORDANCE WITH THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE AND USUAL BUDGETARY POLICIES,
ACCOUNTING AND AUDITING RULES AND REGULATIONS.
