Remove the orginal regulator and save the mounting hardware.
With a DUM of god quality, make the following resistance checks

White wire slack wire 3.5 Ohms, Approxmately
Engine Frame Blak Wire > 5 Megohms or oft
Yellow Wire Orange wie 7 Ohms
Yellow Wire [Red Wire 020hm=
Install the new regulator sing the exiting Hardware. Make ure thal the adjustments are accesible an that thee i

The adjustments have been factory pre-set to nominal value at final test but may need slight trimming. 00 NOT
‘remove the BLUE sea. 8 smal scewdeve willbe needed. Set the DVM to “AC VOLTS" onthe proper ange and
connect tan AC receptacle or extension cord) on the craft or vehicle. The generator voltage ia present atthe
regulator connector between the RED wie and the YELLOW wire.
Make sue the shore or utility power source is disconnected. Start the generator and allow it to warm up at no oad. tf
