/ASSIGNMEN The students are tasked to
T create an instructional video.
The video will cover Sitting
Poses and Knees Poses poses.
The following are the guidelines
for video making:
1. The background should
be plain white;
2. The performer should
wear complete PE
uniform;
3. The performer should
use yoga mat;
4. No other stuffs should be
seen on the video except
the performer and the
yoga mat;
5. Narrations should be pre-
recorded; and
6. Use the name of the
routine as a subtitle
displayed all throughout
each routine.
