AFFIDAVIT FILED BY THE PETITIONER

I, Dr. S. Deepak, S/[Link],aged abourt 28 years, residing at No.26, 3 rd


Street, CTO Colony, Wet Tambaram- 600045, within the jurisdiction of this Hon’ble
Court do hereby solemnly affirmed and stated as follows;-

1. I submit that I am the Petitioner herein and well aware of the facts. I am filling
this affidavit on behalf of the other petitioner also.

2. I submit that, I have filled a Bail application before this Hon’ble court and the
same was allowed on 02.12.2020 in [Link]. of 2020.

3. I submit that I comply the aforesaid condition on 03.12.2020 to till date.

4. I submit that I am an innocent person and a Doctor by profession and I have


nothing to do with the alleged offence and I am no way connected with the alleged
offence against me.

Hence it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to relax the Bail

THE PETITIONER/ACCUSED

It is submitted that the Petitioners/Accused has been charged U/Sec. 324,354,506(I)


IPC, R/w. Sec.4 of Women Harassment act. The Petitioners/Accused has been filled a
Bail application before this Hon’ble court and the same was allowed on 02.12.2020 in
[Link]. of 2020 with condition bail which directed the petitioner to comply
the condition at respondent police station subsequently.

It is further submitted that the Petitioners/Accused are signing daily at Morning 10.00
A.M. And Evening 5. P.M Before the respondent police station till until further orders.

It is further submitted that the sureties behalf of Petitioners/Accused are executed on


02.12.2020 at the judicial Magistrate No.1 at Tambaram,

The above Petitioners /accused signing before the Respondent police station from
03.12.2020 to till date.

The petitioners/accused submitted that the petitioner is reputed person in the society
and works with the Private limited company in a high designation; so, the
petitioner/Accused are facing inconvenient to comply the condition on daily basis.

Hence it is prayed that this Hon’b1e Court may be pleased to Relax the Bail Condition in
the above [Link]. of 2020 and render Justice accordingly.
