18” Box (printable areas)

Guidelines Top - 17” x 17”


Sides - 17” x 1”
• 3 Color Print (spot color - see GCMI color chart below) 16” Box (printable areas)
• Sides and flaps are limited to 1 color for registration purposes Flaps - 17” x .75”
• Line width no less than 2 pt Top - 15” x 15”
• Fonts can be no smaller than 12 pt Sides - 15” x 1”
• Gradients can go from 30% - 100% Flaps - 15” x .75”
• Trapping will need to be considered where colors meet 14” Box (printable areas)
- there can be up to an 1/8 of an inch movement when printing Top - 13” x 13”
• One set of plates can be used for multiple sized boxes
ex: A 10” set of plates can be used on a 12” box., however, a 12” set
Sides - 13” x 1”
of plates cannot be used on a 10” box. Flaps - 13” x .75”
• Red boxes indicate printable areas. What ever is printed must 12” Box (printable areas)
fit inside these red boxes. Top - 11” x 11”
Sides - 11” x 1”
10” Box (printable areas) Flaps - 11” x .75”
Top - 9” x 9”
Sides - 9” x 1”
Flaps - 9” x .75”
8” Box (printable areas)
Top - 7” x 7”
Sides - 7” x 1”
Flaps - 7” x .75”

GCMI Color Chart (inks that are available)

The number on top is the GCMI number.
They are not exact, but a approximation of the GCMI color.
