Output, or reports, are usually generated through

Personal records module with automation of common HR procedures

Management of the organization structure
Management of the positions including management of the
positions’ attributes - such as location, title, official name, period of
validity (management of present and past positions), number of positions,
minimum requirements (education, working experience, other special
requirements), job analyses, job descriptions etc)
Management of vacant/filled positions
Management of employee's personal data including close
family members data

through simple selection-and-sort functions, displayed on screen,
printed or exported

predefined ones

The system must be able to turn report data into both
spreadsheet and graphical representations by means of
simple key operation
Enabling automatic generation and storing, printing or
exporting of selected reports at scheduled dates and
times, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis

The identification of tables or data sources necessary for
the reports needs to be envisioned with the appropriate
description of the columns and tables so that data
necessary for reports are identified in an easy manner
Allowing XL reports to be generated.
