SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
I, AAA of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Barangay Cugman,
Cagayan de Oro City, do hereby name, appoint and constitute BBB, of legal age,
Filipino citizen, and a resident of Barangay Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City,
Philippines, as representative, for me and in my name, place and stead, to carry out
and perform the following acts and things:
1. To iniate, file, and institute a case against CCC for Collection of Sum of
Money with Preliminary Attachment before the appropriate courts of law;
2. To sign the verification/certification of the pleading, appear in all the
stages of the proceedings of said case in my behalf, to enter into amicable
settlement during mediation with the Philippine Mediation Center or Judicial
Dispute Resolution, to appear during the pre-trial conference and to make
admissions or stipulations of facts, to testify and identify documents pertinent to
the facts in support of the case as well as to seek relief as may be appropriate;
3. To submit, adduce, make, sign, any and all papers or instruments to the
Court as may be necessary or requisite to accomplish the authority herein
conferred.
HEREBY GIVING, APPOINTING AND GRANTING unto the said
representative full power and authority to do and perform all and every act
requisites and necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all
intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present
confirming and ratifying all that our Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to
be done under the premises.
