emonSD Installation Guide

1. Download the emonSD image and flash it to an SD card using Etcher. 2. Create an "ssh" file in the boot partition to enable SSH access. 3. Connect to the emonPi WiFi network and use the default credentials of "pi" and "emonpi2016" to SSH into the device. 4. You can then change passwords and configure the WiFi settings.

Method 1: Using emonSD pre built SD card

1. Download image & flash to SD card

2. Modified to connect to emonPi / emonBase via ssh:

 Creating a file called ssh in the FAT /boot partion on the SD card using a card reader + PC.
3. Truy cap vao mang emonPi do no tu phat wifi:

 user: emonPi

 pass: emonpi2016

4. User and pass for SSH default


 Linux / Mac: open terminal $ ssh pi@http://192.168.42.1

 Windows: use Putty application voi dia chi ip la: 192.168.42.1


 port: 22

 user: pi

 pass: emonpi2016

5. To change password of SSH:

 Type: $ passwd

 Old pass: emonpi2016

 New password: Hoainiemxanh87@#


6. After access pi over SSH, to change password when login Pi
$ sudo raspi-config

7. Go Change User Password to change

 User: pi
 Pass: 1

8. Cai dat wifi


 Co the su dung: sudo raspi-config -> Network Options -> Wifi de cau hinh ten mang va pass
 Hoac trinh duyet web va go dia chi ip cua emonpi: http://192.168.42.1 de cau hinh emonpi tiep tuc la
stand-alone Wifi Access Point mode (tu phat wifi) hay truy cap vao mang internet.

9. Sau khi noi internet co the dung Advanced IP Scanner de scan ip cua thiet bi tren mang (dat dai scan:
192.168.0.1-254) duoc ip: 192.168.0.165

10. Tu day dung dia chi nay de truy cap ssh.

11. Vao 192.168.0.165 tu web, dang ky tai khoan de su dung local

12. Test local: http://192.168.0.165/emoncms/input/post.json?node=1&csv=100,200,300
