1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 43 s. 2017, otherwise known as Teacher Induction
Program Policy, this policy aimed to support the continuing professional development
and progress of the newly hired teachers based on principle of lifelong learning and
the Department’s commitment to the development of new and beginning teachers.
Kasiglahan Village Elementary School will hold the Teacher Induction Program on
February 8, 15 & 22, 2019.
2. The objectives of this TIP Policy are as follows:
A. To upgrade their skills to the content standards of the K-12 basic education
program.
B. To improve their knowledge, skills, attitudes and values (KSAVs).
C. To increase their confidence in teaching to make them effective and efficient.
3. All new teachers from 0-3 years in the service of Kasiglahan Village Elementary
School are the participants of this activity.
4. Teachers shall bring their own provision for the said activity.
5. Enclosed herewith are the Programs of Activities, Different Working Committees, and
List of Participants. A narrative and pictorial report should be accomplished and
submitted to this office.
6. Strict compliance is enjoined.
