Who We Are
Hung Hing Printing Group Limited ([Link]) is a listed
company in Hong Kong and one of the largest and most
respected printers in Asia. Hung Hing began in 1950 as a
small printing house located in Central, Hong Kong. In the six
decades that followed, we are engaging in the manufacturing
of conventional and children’s novelty books, packaging for
toys, cosmetics and other consumer products. We, along
with our subsidiaries, have also expanded in the printing and manufacturing of paper,
folding cartons, corrugated containers, high-end luxury packaging products, and most
recently into digital bookstores dedicated for parents and children.
Our customers today include the most recognized names in toys and consumer goods, as
well as leading publishers from around the world. We now operate five plants in China
and are headquartered in Hong Kong. We employ over 17,000 dedicated employees, and
maintain production capabilities that continue to lead the industry.
What is the objective of the Graduate Trainee Program
The Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) aims at drawing talents into our organization. We
are looking for fresh graduates with high-potential to be developed and groomed into
playing a major role in supporting the growth of our organization. As a trainee, you will
learn the intricacies of our business and what it takes to stay competitive and be
successful in this challenging environment. During this 18-month program, you will have
the opportunities to work alongside with senior managers and take part in business
improvement initiatives to tackle critical issues facing the company. Mix of on-the-job
training, coaching, and mentoring will be our primary approach for developing your
foundational skills while gaining essential industry knowledge and best practices. Upon
completion of the program, you will be placed into key roles across the company that
complements your skills, interests, and business needs. From there on, it is really up to
you to take up opportunities to develop your career.

What do we expect?
We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals who are eager to develop and
apply their skills in making a positive impact in Hung Hing. Qualifications are listed below.
• University degree, preferably majoring in relevant Business, Information Systems,
Engineering, MIS and IT or other disciplines.
• Good academic results with predicted GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0) or above.
• Strong analytical mind, detail-oriented, result-driven, creative, excellent critical
thinking and problem solving skills, and most importantly a “can-do” attitude.
• Adaptable, hard-working, willingness to learn, can work independently and effective
as a team.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including
Putonghua.
