After reading THE Case study research done by John, we as a
group found this idea to be a productive and will definitely
bring a good amount of money. Discussing on various isssues ,
we will highlight on some major points here:
The educational video industry carries a potential and will have
big players to fight for the number one spot. This is the best
time to start a venture of online eduction for the age group of
6-12 years old! With the right decisions and positive motive
Mary and John can be successful in this entrepreneurial
venture.
The video game industry is highly dependent on the
technology, as we know the artificial intelligence will play a
major role. This new technology with deep learning will be a
game changer. Secondly, these games will be sold through
merchants, online shopping portals and can also sponsor some
schools so that more customers can know about it. Many
schools would appreciate this cause and the partners will have
to invest less and reach to more and more children too.
Since the completion for the education market is tough with
existing players, Mary and john have o come with good servives
and affordable prices to make a place in the market.
Coming to the Porter’s Five Forces model-
1) The only threat we could find was providing a new innovative
invention which no other company has used.
2) Pricing and services provided by the company will substitute
the existing companies.
3) Loyaly and recurring of the customers will impact the buyer
power,
