b. Explain the meaning and significance of a research design. (10 Marks)

3 a. What do you mean by ‘sample design’? Explain the main steps of sample design. (10 Marks)
b. Explain briefly with a reference to interview :
i) Personal interviews ii) Telephonic interviews. (10 Marks)

4 a. Explain the difference between collection of data through questionnaires and schedules.

b. Briefly explain the types of Analysis. (10 Marks)

5 a. Write the procedure for hypothesis testing. (10 Marks)


b. Explain briefly on testing the hypothesis : i) Null hypothesis ii) Level of significance
