MODEL AGREEMENT FOR HAJ - 2015
This agreement is made and entered into at _________________on this ______
day______________ of year 2015, between (1) M/s. MARHABA HAJJ & UMRA SERVICE, through it
sole Partner [Link]. KP, having office at, Kalappadan Building, Opp: Stadium Complex, Down
hill-PO, Malappuram, Kerala, Pin-676 519. hereinafter referred to as the Party of the First Part & (2)
Mr./Miss./ Mrs. __________________________________________________________________

Party of the Second Part
Whereas the party of the First Part is a Partnership firm arranging Haj Pilgrimages for the last
several years and now arranging Haj pilgrimage for the year 2015.
And whereas the Party of the Second Part approached the Party of the First Part and the Party of
the Second Part agree to process for Haj Pilgrimage with the Party of the First Part on the following
terms and conditions.
Now this agreement witnesses and it is hereby agreed by and between the parties hereto as
follows:

That the Party of the First Part will provide following services to the Party of the Second Part:
To provide Air Tickets from Kozhikode to Jeddah and Jeddah to Kozhikode or Kochi to Jeddah
and Jeddah to Kochi.
To provide and pay all necessary dues including Maktab - Ul- Wukala amount (Moallim Fees).
To provide accommodation in Makkah
(i)
in the Hotel with basic necessary facilities (Air condition room with lift facility) One Kilo
Meter distant from Al Masjid Al Haram in accordance of the haj package with duration of
stay for 13 days.
(ii)
and in the Building with basic necessary facilities (Air condition room with lift facility)
Nine Kilo Meters distant from Al Masjid Al Haram in accordance of the haj package with
duration of stay for 12 days.
To provide accommodation in Madina (Air condition room with lift facility) One Kilo Meter
distant from Al Masjid An Nabawi in accordance of the haj package with duration of stay in
Madina for 9/10 days.
To provide food (Breakfast. / Lunch. / Dinner.)
To arrange to perform Haj Arkan and Ziyarath of Makkah & Madina.
The Party of the First Part shall provide Bus Service from Jeddah Airport to Makkah Al
Mukarama / Madina Al Munawwara / Aziziya / Mashaer / Aziziya to Jeddah Airport as per
Contract with General Cars Syndicate Establishment.

The Party of the First Part will inform the Party of the Second Part about the compulsory
vaccination and other medical checkup after getting information and its guidelines from the Haj
Committee of India. The necessary cards and documents will be provided and pilgrims will be
guided for the same.
The Party of the First Part also informs the Party of the Second Part that Haj Visa is issued by the
Embassy of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in India (free of charge).
The Party of First Part shall take insurance cover / group accident compensation insurance of the
Party of the Second Part as per the Group Accident Compensation Insurance Policy of Haj
Committee of India.
The party of the First Part will arrange the orientation programme for Haj, giving the details of
Haj and Umrah procedures.
The Party of the Fist Part shall assist the Party of the Second Part regarding medical facilities and
shall provide full information about the Indian Haj Mission Dispensary / clinics and Medical
Camps or Saudi Govt. Medical Camps / Hospital at Makkah / Madina, where the party of the
second part can avail medicine and other medical facilities.
And that the Party of the Second Part agreed to pay the Party of the First Part Rs. 320000/(Rupees Three Lakhs Twenty Thousand only) being consideration to provide the services mentioned
hereinabove.
In witness whereof, the parties have hereto set and subscribed their respective hands and seal the
day and the year first hereinabove written.
